Michael is a mechanical engineer specializing in electrical and mechanical failures of consumer/commercial appliances and products, industrial equipment, construction equipment, boilers, elevators, HVAC systems, and fire suppression systems. He is also experienced in failures involving piping and plumbing systems, control systems, building energy management systems, diesel-powered equipment, water/wastewater treatment and damage resulting from lightning.
Mike has also worked in the fields of forensic failure analysis, power plant operations, pollution control systems, mining and mineral production, and chemical production facility design, and performed catastrophe duty work during Hurricanes Matthew, Irma and Maria.
While he’s based in our Pittsburgh office, Mike is available to work on cases nationwide.
