V. VICTOR SOUKAMNEUTH, M.S.C.E., P.E., has recently joined ARCCA as a Senior Engineer specializing in structural design and construction defects, as well as practical design and analysis experience of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and marine type structures.
He has more than 25 years of experience, and his forensic investigation expertise includes cause and origin failure analysis, structural analysis, and condition assessments of single family, multi-family and custom residences, manufacturing facilities, commercial properties, office buildings, governmental buildings, and light and heavy industrial facilities.
In addition to receiving a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Victor is also a Registered Professional Engineer and holds an MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Act) Certification for mines of 650 feet in depth.
