ARCCA is co-hosting a complimentary half day seminar with the Freeman Mathis & Gary law group in Los Angeles on April 30th. The seminar will be of particular interest to transportation claims professionals and trucking company safety directors/risk managers, and will provide valuable insight into the latest techniques of truck accident investigation. We’ll be discussing heavy truck accident reconstruction, MCS-90 coverage issues, and discovery and trial techniques.

SHAWN HARRINGTON, one of ARCCA’s premier forensic experts, will be presenting. Shawn is an ACTAR-accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist, has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and operates and inspects Heavy Trucks. He is also certified to access and interpret Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorders in commercial vehicles, is a certified Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician, and is a top expert in analyzing data from Vehicle Infotainment Systems. Shawn has also consulted with the National Hockey League as an investigator on an R&D program to evaluate player safety within the sport.
