Mr. Kline is a Senior Accident Reconstructionist who specializes in the investigation of all types of motor vehicle and commercial collisions (particularly Heavy Truck incidents), including, but not limited to, commercial vehicle accident reconstruction, imaging of event data recorders in commercial and passenger vehicles, automotive fraud, and determination of liability.

Mr. Kline is certified by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) to access and interpret Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorders in commercial vehicles, and is also certified as a BOSCH Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician. In addition, he is a specialist in acquiring and analyzing data from Vehicle Infotainment and Telematics Systems, which is the latest technology for investigating fraudulent vehicle activity, and in documenting evidence via 3D laser scanning.

In addition to earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Engineering from Drexel University, Mr. Kline is a nationally certified firefighter and emergency first responder (NFPA 1001) and has completed the Emergency Vehicle Driver Training course. He has assisted in creating an emergency vehicle driver training program for new drivers and driver recertification in his fire department, where he serves as a training instructor in the operation of emergency vehicles.
