Introducing Amanda Stone, Ph.D. out of our ARCCA Seattle office!

Dr. Stone is a Senior Biomechanist at ARCCA focusing on slip, trip, and fall events, motor vehicle collisions, accidents in the work place, and sports equipment malfunctions. She applies her expertise in biomechanics and human factors to assess incident severity, injury mechanisms, and relevant safety standards and codes.

Some of her professional affiliations are the American Society of Biomechanics (ASB), Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), Puget Sound Chapter of American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
