Mr. Robbins is a Test Engineer specializing in data acquisition and mechanical design. He has training and experience in the design and fabrication of experimental setups, reliability engineering, and the configuration and use of instrumented Anthropomorphic Test Devices (ATDs).

While at Drexel University, Mr. Robbins gained experience with the repair of complex optical systems and the design and instrumentation of thermodynamic, fluid, and combustion systems.
