A 49 year old male was involved in a low-speed impact accident with minor damage to each vehicle.  He claimed that he sustained the following injuries: a right shoulder rotator cuff tear, a left knee ACL tear, right hand carpal tunnel and a C5/C6 disc herniation. ARCCA’s biomechanical expert reconstructed the crash, determined the forces experienced by the occupant, and analyzed the injuries claimed. He also conducted a personal injury tolerance level analysis and evaluated the activities of daily living the claimant experienced prior to the mishap. In this specific instance, a determination was made that there was no causal relationship between the claimed injuries and the subject mishap.
