In this particular incident, a line-of-sight issue existed for the passenger vehicle, in addition to an illegal passing maneuver by the motorcyclist, leading to a three-vehicle collision. This case required a site inspection survey and a 3D analysis study of the accident site to show the line-of-sight issue from the driver’s perspective.
