ARCCA Accident Reconstructionists are often tasked with determining which vehicle initiated the collision sequence, and which vehicle is liable for the property damage and /or bodily injury claims. In this instance, ARCCA Accident Reconstructionists using a site inspection and skid analysis, along with a momentum analysis using EDSMAC, were able to refute the conclusions found in the Police Accident Report. The findings were conclusive that the opposing driver was liable.
