A cyclist crashed and sustained injuries to the rear of his head. A photo taken just prior to the accident showed him wearing an unbuckled helmet. ARCCA’s biomechanical expert conducted a helmet overlay analysis on the subject and found that if the helmet has been buckled and worn properly at the time of the accident, the injury would not have occurred.
