ATTENDING THE CLM ANNUAL MEETING?

March 3, 2020

We’ll be there too, as will one of our premier experts, Dr. Timonthy Tresierras, who will be presenting “Multiple Failures:  The Difference Between Science and Magic” on March 20 at 10:40 am.  If you’re an insurance professional or attorney who handles claims where multiple failures and the possible intersection of questionable science meet, then this presentation will provide you with a broader understanding of how to handle them.  It will also enrich your understanding of the scientific method, burdens of proof and effective use of expert witnesses for purposes of determining coverage, confirming causation, and pursuit of subrogation.

If you’d like to meet Dr. Tresierras while you’re at CLM, just email him at ttresierras@arcca.com to schedule a time, or contact one of our Regional Managers, Mike Demsko and Paulo Barbosa, who will also be onsite to discuss your particular case or claim.

TIMOTHY TRESIERRAS, PH.D., P.E., CXLT, is a Senior Engineer with ARCCA and his areas of expertise include mechanical engineering, electro-mechanical systems, materials science, vibrational and acoustic analysis and prototype design. He is also experienced in investigating impacts, collisions, load and vibrational analysis on structures, the mechanical behavior of materials (e.g., stress analysis on parts, fatigue and wear), and the study of systems
