ARCCA has consulted on many juvenile product cases, including walkers, strollers, swings, bouncy seats, toys, and bunk beds. One such case involved a toy stroller. A child was pushing the stroller when it tipped backwards. As a result, the child severely injured his eye when it impacted the protruding handle. ARCCA’s expert determined that the stroller was defective because it was unstable and incorporated a handle design that introduced a dangerous protrusion hazard.
